In 2025, the "Frecce Tricolori" National Aerobatic Team will reach the milestone of 65 years of activity. With their ten aircraft (nine plus the solo pilot), the Italian pilots have thrilled millions of spectators around the world, combining spectacle, precision, and national pride in every display.

To celebrate this anniversary, Locman – a watch brand from the Island of Elba, always linked to the armed forces and known for its collaborations with the Navy and the Air Force – presents the Aviatore Frecce Tricolori 65° Anniversario , a timepiece limited to 650 pieces that blends aeronautical spirit and Italian craftsmanship.

The design is inspired by the instruments on board historic aircraft, with a visually striking sunray blue dial. Large Arabic numerals and baton hands, coated with Super-Luminova, ensure impeccable readability in any lighting conditions. A distinctive touch is the arrow-shaped central seconds hand , personalized with the colors of the Italian flag, while the number "65" stands out on the flange at the five-minute mark, in homage to the celebratory season.

The eagle , symbol of the Italian Air Force, stands out at 12 o'clock, while the official Frecce Tricolori logo with three stylized arrows is placed at 6 o'clock. The entire watch is protected by a curved, silk-screened crystal with indexes and the "Locman Italy" logo, set in a conical, satin-finished steel bezel.

The ergonomic 44 mm case is crafted from AISI stainless steel and is water resistant to 10 ATM. The titanium case back is enhanced by a silk-screened mineral crystal featuring the Patrol's full logo, revealing the SIO (Italian School of Watchmaking) automatic movement , featuring a blue tungsten oscillating weight that matches the dial.

In addition to the polished steel version, the watch is also available with a blue PVD coating , resistant to scratches and abrasions thanks to a high-quality treatment. Both configurations are paired with a padded natural leather strap, which adds a touch of elegance without sacrificing its sporty character.
