How much are shipping costs within Italy?

 

Standard Shipping FREE for orders over €149! *

A contribution of €5.99 applies to orders under €149.

Deliveries are made via express courier. You will receive shipment confirmation and the order Tracking Number by email.

 

What are the delivery times?

All our items shipped via express courier provide delivery within approximately 3 days from the date the parcel is collected by the courier.

For products in stock, we guarantee shipment within one business day from receipt of the order: in any case, it will be our responsibility to notify you by email regarding availability. Products, packaged in special protective materials that ensure optimal protection and fully insured, are delivered in Italy and worldwide through trusted couriers.

For island destinations, delivery may require 1–2 additional days.

 

Which couriers do you use?

All our shipments are fully insured:

Orders over €800 are shipped with UPS, while orders under €800 are handled by BRT or SDA depending on the destination area.

 

What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery twice, leaving a “delivery attempt notice” in case the recipient is absent.

After the second unsuccessful attempt, the goods will be held in “free storage” at the nearest courier depot and can be collected within a maximum of 15 days, after which the order will be automatically cancelled. 

 

Can I ship to an address different from my home address?

It is possible to ship to a different address by selecting the “Different Shipping Address” option during order confirmation and entering the recipient’s details and delivery address, including UPS Access Points or BRT collection points.

 

What should I do if the parcel has been damaged?

Upon receiving the parcel, carefully inspect it before accepting it: if it appears slightly damaged, you may accept it, sign, and clearly state detailed reservations on the delivery document (wet/open/damaged parcel, noise of something broken inside, risk that the product inside may be damaged). Reservations noted on the delivery document are essential for any claims in case of damaged items.

What should I do if there was an error in the shipped goods or an item is damaged?

Shipments to islands and remote areas:

Delivery times to islands or areas considered by couriers as “remote locations” may be longer than standard delivery times.

 

Delivery methods and times:

Delivery times are calculated from receipt of payment (immediate for credit card or PayPal payments, variable for bank transfers). In all cases, orders are processed within ONE business day from receipt of payment.

Any delivery delays of less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products or to claim compensation or indemnity of any kind.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free Shipping to all European Union countries for orders over €150.

For shipments to countries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be applied, as determined by local authorities.
These charges are not controlled by Gioielleria Rosaspina and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
