Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal 

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code governing distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods if the purchased product does not meet your expectations.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Complete the Withdrawal Form.
• Send the item to the following address:

The returned goods must be sent in suitable packaging to ensure their integrity and must be shipped to the above address no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Return shipping costs are entirely at your expense. You are free to choose the shipping carrier.

Once we receive the package containing the returned item, together with all accessories and the purchase receipt, we will verify the condition and integrity of the purchased product, which must be complete with all original parts (including, where applicable, documentation, the original box, and accessories). In the event that damaged, used, or tampered with items are returned, we will not be able to issue a refund for the purchased products. The integrity of the product, its original packaging, and all returned accessories is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal or requesting an exchange.

Once the condition of the returned goods has been verified, we will refund the amount paid as quickly as possible.

The return shipment remains under the full responsibility of the Customer until it has been received and acknowledged by our store.

In the event of a return or cancellation of a purchase made through PayPal or Scalapay, the transaction fees will remain the responsibility of the buyer.
