Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal 

Pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) governing distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase if the product does not meet your expectations, within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal, carefully packaged and complete with its original box, accessories, manuals, warranty certificates, any complimentary items, and all components originally supplied.

To ensure the correct administrative and tax handling of the return, the Customer is requested to include the original sales receipt/commercial document, if received. If this document is no longer available, the Customer should inform the Seller accordingly. The absence of the original receipt does not affect the Customer's statutory right of withdrawal.

The Customer is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the product shows signs of use, wear, damage, tampering, missing parts, or any alterations that reduce its commercial value, Gioielleria Rosaspina reserves the right to deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the actual loss in value, in accordance with Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the Customer provides proof that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase and no additional fees will be charged.

If the Customer so wishes, Gioielleria Rosaspina may issue a store credit (gift card) equal to the amount of the refund, provided that the Customer gives explicit consent. Without such consent, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed or where required by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply only to products expressly excluded by law, including, by way of example, goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized products, as well as the other cases provided for under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
