Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal Pursuant to Art. 5 of the Legislative Decree (Consumer Code) for consumer protection, which regulates distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract if the purchased product does not meet your requirements, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• Fill out the "Contact Us" form,

• Specify in the text: "Return Request," indicating the order number,

• Specify the reason for the return,

• Ship the item to our address:

The return of the goods, in suitable packaging that protects its integrity, must be made to the aforementioned address no later than 14 days from receipt. As the shipping costs are entirely at your expense, the choice of the carrier to be used is at your discretion.

As soon as we receive the package containing the returned item, we will verify the integrity of the purchased good, which must be complete with all original parts (including any documentation, box, and accessories). In the event of the return of damaged, used, or tampered-with items, we will not be able to refund the amount paid for the purchase. (The integrity of the item, the box, and all returned accessories is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal or any exchange of goods).

Once the integrity of the goods has been assessed, we will refund the amount paid as quickly as possible. The return shipment remains under the full responsibility of the Customer until the certificate of receipt at the Store is issued.

In case of return or cancellation of purchases made via PayPal or Klarna/Scalapay, any transaction commissions/fees will remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Sale Items (Discount of 30% or more): Returns are not accepted for goods purchased on Sale.
