HELIUM VALVE
Some of our CO-1 and Neptunian watches are equipped with a decompression system that allows helium to escape from inside the watch when worn for professional use in hyperbaric chambers (prolonged work underwater, crude oil exploration, etc.).
CERAMIC RING
Up to four times harder than stainless steel, ceramic is scratch-resistant and therefore extremely durable. Primarily used to make Edox watch bezels, this material also prevents color fading.
DOUBLE O-RING SEAL
Since the 1970s, Edox has had specific quality and technical standards to ensure the water resistance of its diving watches. The crown and pusher have a double O-ring seal, designed by Edox to increase water resistance.
