For centuries, Venice was one of the main meeting points for gems, manufacturing, and decorative arts. Stones from all over the world passed through the Serenissima, fueling a tradition of precious workmanship, settings, and the pursuit of light as an expressive element.Arsenale Moissanite is born from this legacy, reinterpreting it through the use of lab-grown baguette-cut moissanites, stones chosen for their modern geometries and their ability to integrate harmoniously with the design of the case and bracelet. Set in the indices and bezel, they give life to our first series of jewel watches, where the refraction of light becomes an integral part of the watch's construction.

From design to setting
The creation of the bezel originates from extensive development work aimed at defining proportions, visual continuity, and the integration of baguette moissanites within the metal structure. Every detail has been studied to maintain geometric balance, uniformity, and aesthetic consistency across the entire surface.
The study of the setting and the bezel's construction required several phases of research, prototyping, and refinement, combining technical precision with artisanal sensibility. This approach was developed to enhance the refraction of light as an integral part of the watch's design.
The art of setting
Setting is one of the most delicate aspects of jewelry making: a balance between technical precision, proportion, and light control. Each stone is individually inserted into the metal structure to ensure stability, alignment, and visual continuity. In the case of Arsenale Moissanite, the baguette cut introduces a rigorous geometric pattern that interacts with the satin-finished surfaces of the watch, transforming the bezel and indices into a luminous composition integrated into the timepiece's architecture.
Baguette-cut Moissanite
Moissanite is a stone prized for its high brilliance and light refracting ability. With a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale, it is one of the most durable gems used in jewelry, second only to diamonds. For Arsenale Moissanite, we chose lab-grown stones with a baguette cut, an essential and contemporary shape characterized by clean lines and elongated surfaces. Unlike more traditional cuts, the baguette generates more controlled and architectural reflections, perfectly consistent with the technical and geometric language of the Arsenale collection.
