This reissue of the Super Antarctic also started on Instagram, following a post from one of our great followers who had the brilliant idea to share his vintage watch with us. We shared it on our stories and received so many messages that we knew it was our mission to re-produce it with the same spirit and courage as the original. But with modern standards (sapphire crystal) and a Swiss automatic movement (Soprod P024) with a screw-down crown offering 10 ATM water resistance. The Super Antarctic 3.6.9 is a faithful re-edition of the vintage model with two options—matte black or tropical dial—and Swiss Super Luminova. For added authenticity, we've added an aged effect to the dial and hands. The case diameter is 38 mm, the straps 45 mm, and the thickness is 12 mm. You'll notice the legendary gold medal on the caseback.
