The Father Time Limited Edition takes its name from the iconic Father Time weathervane at Lord's Cricket Ground, the Home of Cricket and home of the MCC. The cast iron figure is said to represent Law 12.3 of the Laws of Cricket: “After half is called, bails shall be removed from both wickets.” This marks the end of the day's play. The timepiece represents Oris and the MCC's shared vision of sharing the Change for the Better agenda and commitment to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Only 1,926 examples were produced , commemorating the year Father Time was donated to Lord's.
