Inspired by the original 55 mm observation watches of the 1940s, the models in this collection look as if they have been worn by generations. The “Erbstück” watch, crafted entirely by hand, is a unique piece. Signs of aging give these timepieces a historic charm normally found only in vintage models.

Laco has developed an exclusive method to achieve this special look, creating a natural patina on the watches. Scratches, abrasions, discolorations, and signs of wear are faithfully reproduced, just like on original vintage pieces. All components—case, dial, hands, and strap—are individually aged by hand, through a complex process and without the use of machinery, ensuring the aging is completely authentic and no two watches are identical.

This gives each timepiece the charm of a truly historic watch, making it completely unique , individual and distinctive like the wearer.
