WATCH DESCRIPTION We present the second reinterpretation of the original Seiko 5 Sports model, released in June 1968. With this reconstruction, Seiko offers two dial colors popular at the time of the original release. The case has been recreated as faithfully as possible to achieve dimensions and shape almost identical to the original model, modernizing the watch and improving the movement with the inclusion of a 4R36. Details such as the shape of the lugs and the size of the crown have been updated with the practicality and comfort of the modern man in mind. The model adopts a robust stainless steel bracelet with a design similar to the original bracelet of the first collection. The additional perforated racing-style calf leather strap further enhances the retro atmosphere of the model.
