UL CERTIFICATION – Tested for fire and water resistance:

• Tested at 927°C (1,700°F) for up to 120 minutes

• Later dropped from 30 feet to simulate a fall through three stories during a fire

• The internal temperature remained below 177°C (350°F), ensuring the protection of the documents (paper burns at 232°C)

• The interior door features a Palusol® fireproof gasket that expands up to eight times its original volume, sealing the door in the event of a fire. It also protects the contents from smoke, heat, water, and the chemical fire extinguishers used to put out flames around the safe.
