Inspired by the original 55 mm observation watches of the 1940s, the models in this collection look as if they've been worn by generations . The handmade "Erbstück" watch is a unique piece. Traces of time give these timepieces a historic charm usually found only in vintage models.

Laco has developed a unique method to achieve this special effect , creating a natural patina on the watches. Scratches, marks, discolorations, and wear are reproduced to appear exactly as the vintage originals. All components— case, dial, hands, or strap —are aged individually and by hand , through a painstaking process without mechanical aids, so that the aging is completely authentic and each piece is unique .

This gives the watches the charm of a historical object , making each piece completely individual and distinctive , just like its owner.
