Featuring a high-precision 10-beat automatic movement, monobloc case construction, unidirectional rotating bezel, and screw-down crown, this model laid the foundation for the further development of Seiko diver's watches, which have set the standards for precision, durability, and ease of use for professional and amateur divers for 60 years.

The Quadrant: A Tribute to the Rough Seas

The design features a high-contrast dial for excellent readability and a distortion-free mirrored surface. A new dial pattern was created to celebrate the 60th anniversary. The raised and sunken dial structure pays homage to the rough sea and its roaring waves, a tribute to the "Great Wave" of Seiko diving watches.

New Movement and New Closure

The model is equipped with the new high-precision 8L45 automatic movement, the most accurate Seiko currently offers. The impressive three-day power reserve ensures consistent performance and reliability. A new sliding clasp allows for more precise and comfortable adjustment of the bracelet. The fit can be adjusted quickly and precisely with the simple press of a button, without the need for tools.
