Venezianico Nereide Blue Opal Limited Edition

Following the success of the first edition, lab-grown opal returns in a new limited series. The complexity of its processing and the long time required to transform it into a dial mean that it can only be produced in limited quantities. For this interpretation, a unique monochromatic blue was chosen, capable of revealing, through light, a rich spectrum of teal, light blue, and cobalt reflections. Each dial retains an unrepeatable texture, making each piece unique.

The origin of opal

The lab-grown opal used for Nereide is produced in KYOCERA® laboratories in Japan, the only ones in the world to manufacture this material through a proprietary process. The formation of its structure requires long growth times and extremely strict control, resulting in a surface with extraordinary optical depth. The limited availability of the material leads us to work exclusively on small batches, intended for numerically limited productions.
