A collaboration born from common values

The understanding between the two companies is not by chance. MV Agusta and Wyler Vetta share the same obsession for mechanics, the pursuit of perfection, and the enhancement of Italian craftsmanship. From the union of their expertise, a collection of two exclusive timepieces was born, the Jumbostar Wyler Vetta x MV Agusta, which reinterprets the aesthetic codes of the motorcycle brand in a watchmaking key.

Two models, one soul

The project takes shape in two versions designed for lovers of design and technology:

  • Jumbostar Chronograph, powered by the ETA 2894 bicompax caliber with 42 hours of power reserve, produced in a limited edition of 80 pieces to commemorate MV Agusta's eightieth anniversary.

  • Automatic Time-Only, animated by the La Joux-Perret G100 movement, with 68 hours of autonomy, available in 500 units.

Both models feature a 40 mm steel case, an ideal size for balance and wearability, and water resistance up to 10 ATM, guaranteeing robustness and versatility. The inspiration comes from the MV 98, the first motorcycle produced in Schiranna, and the Superveloce 98 Limited Edition, a symbol of elegance and power.

Design: the dial as a cockpit

The beating heart of the watches is the dial, a direct tribute to the world of racing. At the center stands out the natural carbon fiber, an iconic material of sports motorcycles, symbolizing lightness and performance. The Rosso Verghera background, MV Agusta's historic livery, gives character and recognizability.
The indices and Arabic numerals are applied and coated with Super-LumiNova, for perfect legibility even in low light conditions. Between 7 and 8 o'clock, a golden "37" shines, a tribute to the 37 world titles won by MV Agusta in the Motorcycle World Championship.

Details that tell a story

Every element reflects a fragment of the motorcycle universe. The crown at 3 o'clock, with its serrated profile inspired by the MV Agusta logo, evokes the wheels and gears of motorcycles. The chronograph pushers recall the Torx screws of the fuel cap, while the additional crown at 10 o'clock adjusts the rotating rehaut, like a precision lever.

The transparent sapphire crystal case back allows admiration of the automatic movement, whose oscillating mass is decorated with the MV Agusta logo and colors reminiscent of the anodized aluminum rotors of the motorcycles.

Comfort and features

The proportions have been carefully studied to combine comfort and presence on the wrist:

  • 12.6 mm thick for the chronograph,

  • 10.9 mm for the time-only.

Both versions offer interchangeable strap solutions via a quick-release system.
The chronograph is accompanied by a steel bracelet and a brown leather strap, while the time-only pairs brown leather with perforated black rubber, for a sportier, racing character.

Swiss Made precision and Italian soul

Behind the refined aesthetics lies a technical core of the highest level.
The ETA 2894 movement guarantees reliability and precision for the chronograph, while the La Joux-Perret G100 provides the time-only with an extended power reserve of almost three days. Both represent a perfect balance between Swiss innovation and Italian spirit.
